- CECraig EtheringtonApr 8, 20241.0Dishonest. Go Somewhere else. Absolute joke of a company. Received 2 quotes for work tops. One member of staff had left and provided a quote they Magnet apparently could not honour. Frustrating start. We went back in again, saw Nick on the Counter. We agreed a new price about 20% more expensive. Nick said we did not have to place to order that day (had to move some money around) and just call up to pay and place to order. We went back in on the Monday, only 3 days later. The 'manager' there denied that there was a quote on the system at the price we agreed, got very aggressive in his conversation and tone with my wife and in front of our 2 year old son, and said literally 'well if you like them that is the price or go elsewhere' So to anyone reading this. Go elsewhere. They provide quotes and then change the price. Chichester branch are dishonest in business. As an update - the Area manager got involved and honoured the original quote (turns out it was on their system after all) via a different branch. So, go to a different branch and they will treat you properly. Avoid Chichester until there has been an inevitable change of Manager.

From our first meeting with Sean, right the way through to full installation everyone was very helpful, polite and the service was excellent. Even when there was an issue with the marble (not Magnet's error!) they got it resolved immediately. The team who fitted the kitchen had the most amazing attention to detail, even taking an entire cupboard apart because it was about 2mm out - we couldn't see it but they could! This is the third new kitchen we have had and the service, quality and finish has been by far the best. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you to all involved. Mr and Mrs Huxley
